DAY 2: ANTANANARIVO – ANTSIRABE

  • Distance: 170 km
  • Description: Antsirabe, meaning “the place where there is a lot of salt”, owes its name to the mineral-rich soils and therapeutic waters. This renowned spa town is set in a breathtaking volcanic landscape. Also known as the “City of Water”, it is famous for its healing baths. Surrounded by three lakes—Tritriva, Andranomafana, and Andraikiba— the city boasts a rich history, colonial architecture, and a variety of activities for families and friends.

DAY 3: ANTSIRABE – MIANDRIVAZO

  • Description: Miandrivazo is known as the hottest town in Madagascar, due to its geographical location and lack of wind. It is also the starting point for an unforgettable journey down the Tsiribihina River by canoe. Nearby, visitors can explore the impressive Mahajilo waterfalls, located just 4 km east of the town.
